do you guys use a free program for building your sites or what? what program could I use to make a web site?

 

Click below on my URL and at the bottom of the home page there is a link , I used the free part for a couple months then just decided to start paying for it in stead of having the big long address . I pay about 30 a year for the space and .com address .

what's up with the chatroom thing on there, mine's all messed up? There's only the one defualt chatroom I can put on there and it acts all twitchy on me
