I must be a better man than you, because i know exactly what he is trying to say:

this rube thinks he can beat a raptor with his
dad's Suzuki 500 or his 250r.
Because the 500 is so wide, he knew people would
rip his a$$ about riding in the woods, so he says
a good rider can make up for that.
Now I admit this guy is probably on crack, but
I do understand what he is saying.
