The fact is that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. They also did not have any wmd's. Bin laden is still free to recruit, organize, fund and motivate more terrorists. Maybe if he had tried to kill the president's daddy like saddam did, we would have already gotten him too.

I agree with all the concerns about kerry but I think he'll do a better job than dubya.

 

Iraq funded the terrorists, that is their connection to 9/11, but that's not the only reason we went in, and no it wasn't for oil. Every country in the UN agreed they all thought Saddam had WMD's, not just the US.

If Kerry is elected, he won't be, be prepared to lose more land to the federal gov't all in the name of conservation. I won't feel sorry for you if your riding area's get closed.

face it, there's no such thing as a good politician. Bush is such a... words cannot describe him. If Canada had to vote between Kerry and Bush... Kerry would win by 87% or something... everyone here wants to kill Bush! Same thing goes for the rest of the entire friggin' world!!

Oh yeah, and Kerry rides a harley. he'd have my vote if i was an amurican citizen! But i don't have to worry about your messed up politics... and believe me, America is MESSED. you guys have to deal with so many huge problems like super-right-wing fundamentalist groups that want to ban/censor your entire culture and get rid of all your rights to protest... And then there's the left wing enviro-*****... we don't have that in Canada, we do nothing about the environment in the ways you do, we actually do stuff that makes a difference like saving wetlands instead of banning 2 strokes... Up here we've just got billions of money going to Quebec under the table secretly... And then Jaqcue Villeneau gets MILLIONS just to have his car painted Canadian colors and ect... there's a huge scandal up here right now... And the federal government doesn't want to spend any money on health care or education... omg... I'm moving to China so I don't have to worry about my government... lol.

Also, you never hear of imagrants striving to get to Canada to live the "Canadian" dream, NO they are trying to become a US citizen to live the "AMERICAN" dream. That was the dumbes thing I have ever heard. Thanks for opening your mouth and removing all doubts that you might actually have any intelligence.
As far as who served and who didn't.....Isn't that why we fight wars? So our kids don't have to, I know thats why my Grandpa served, so my father would not have to. George H Bush was a very decorated war vet, he fought so his kids could live in peace.
I was not making fun of Kerry or his war record, although I have heard he and his 4 month tour, and the awards he recieved, pissed alot of vets off, espicially when he was holding Jane Fondas hand protesting the war 8 months after he got home.

I think everybody has to realize that we are not making a choice between good and evil here. They are both skull and bones members from yale's classes of '66 & '68. Both are career politicians and therefore dishonest by definition. One guy sank a few of his daddy's companies while he had a drinking problem and the other guy won the lottery marrying a heavily politically connected widow.

 

Twice, Teresa Heinz is his second wealthy wife.

Dubya turned the Texas Rangers around financially and sold them for a pretty penny. He hardly broke them.
