I'm 5'10" and wiegh about 110 pounds. I was wondering what would be the best helmet to buy on a $150 budget.
(preferably a blue helmet to match my ATV)

 

Get one that is Snell approved, they offer better protection. The helmet will have the "Snell" sticker on the back or under the lining inside. It's really your decision to pick one that fits comfortably and looks good to you. I like the full face type which gives chin/face protection....
