What is all this flimflam about New Orleans wanting more federal money? Boohoo, only half our friggin population came back and we need more money?????? Half the %^$@# population was on welfare anyway. We're wasting millions upon millions of dollars on a city that WE KNEW would flood and they WERE WARNED. Yet did not prepare. You'd think that New Orleans was the only city hit by a hurricane this past year. How come other cities aren't bitcinin' as much?

 

It's Mardi Gras and they have the cameras pointed at them and the media is a bunch of liberals $%@#! Really chaps my hide. If anything , relocate people. If they want to put a bandaid on a broken levy then let them pay for it.

 

Have quite a few of them here. Some have taken advantage of what has been given to them and made the best. I would have to say more have not. Had one family that the father killed everyone and them himself before being evicted from an apartment. While it is a tragedy, what was going on for the six months everyhting was being paid for? I've worked second jobs for 4 dollars an hour, just to make sure everything was being taken care of.
Also had another person that was relocated about 10 miles from our house. Molested a girl in the apartment complex he was staying in.

Another thing they're arguing about is what to do with the land. How bout this, it's all trash right now. Let's bulldoze it and get it cleaned up. Ain't getting any better just letting it sit there while everyone whines.
