Here in Idaho I have my 400ex insured through the same place as my house which is farm bureau. It cost $117 a year and is covered for just about everything except a nuclear war or any type of war. It acutally says this in the document. It does however have a $250 deductable. I haven't had a claim on the quad yet but I have on my house and they made a list of what was stolen and we got some prices on replacing the things. Then they made me out a check to cover them. It was easy and no problems.

I was told by an agent (works for State Farm or Allstate) today that they are not allowed to write insurance for an ATV in Texas, at all. He said they do in Arkansas, but not in Texas. Does that sound possible?

I ended up going with Program Managers, Inc.
