What do you see wrong in this breakin statement?

This is a hodge podge of engine directions. First, I dont know of any two strokes that use a radiator. As far as the letting it run and cool, run and cool, its called heat cycling. About the only thing its ever used in, is small model RC engines. It is used on engines that turn 14,000 to 22,000 RPM. This is a very good method of breaking in a two cycle engine, because it lets the cylinder and cylinder liner, and bearings to mate properly. If you do properly break an engine in this way, it will last a long time, barring any manufacturing flaws, or improper care and use of engine. I have only ever seen these kind of instructions with a model engine.
