Default Help Needed 2001 400ex

I recently took my 2001 Honda 400ex out of hibernation from winter. I have changed oil, change the spark plug and cleaned the carburetor. But it still seems to jolt a bight when the rpms run high (Usually right before I shift into the next gear) any ideas??????

Before winter it ran fine?and I did use stabile before storing it.

jolt? like it hesitates or bogs when it hits a certain rpm range???? did you clean the jets when you cleaned the carb?? could be some gunk on the main jet

Yea I took the jets out cleaned em and put em back in. And yes it is almost like it hesitates but as soon as I switch gears or give it some more gas it is fine?

I have only test drove it since taking it out from storage. Perhaps it just needs a good ride to clean everything out.
