When I travel I always try to find a spot where I can back my truck up all the way to a building or a light pole or a big bush/tree, and always try to find a well-lit spot. Cant afford a trailer yet, so our 2 quads are always strapped into my F-250. My approach isnt the safest, but backing all the way up to something makes it hard for a guy or two to lift them over the side of the bed then get it down to the ground! But with any method, I believe that if someone wants your bike bad enough they will find a way to take your pride and joy from you. Bastards! If everyone would work hard so they can play hard like the rest of us, this wouldnt be a problem. There are always going to be theifs, has been that way from the beginning of time. And, I have heard numerous stories of bikes being stolen numerous times, then the cops find it, then it is stolen again, sometimes never located! I could see a LoJack service for quads in the future, if there isn't already one!
