Helmet Face Shield Fogging Up

Don't use a street bike helmet. But, if you must there is some anti fogging sprays or do like the skin divers do. Spit on the lens and wipe it dry with a soft cloth and this will stop the fogging for a feww hours. Off road helments are made so that when you are moving there is enough air moving to stop the lenses from fogging up.

common hair shampoo with correct your prob. Just put a dab on a rag and let it dry then buff it off. I just tried it yesterday and it worked great . Get yourself an inexpensive snowmobile helmet. I got mine for 50 bucks brand new. If you cant find one that cheap email me and ill look for the # to shadetree motorsports. Rob

I have been having the same problem . I just got my first full face helmet a few weeks ago . I could not afford a double lens , fog proof snomobile helmet , mine is just regular 80 buc helmet .The soap ideas sound great , I'm gonna try 'um . I have buddy who used 2 drag race snomobiles in NY , he suggested , 4 regular helmets [ if the soap is not 4 u ] , if ur helmet has any type of "bridge" breath deflector inside , get duct tape and extend the "bridge" up a bit , so it reaches over ur whole nose . Just double the tape on both sides . It will channel ALL ur breath down then .If its not annoying . I have not tryed it yet , I've heard it works.
