You can drive golf carts in my town. I hate that they're allowed, they're soooo slow. They should only be allowed on actual golf courses or private property, never on any street that cars drive on. Its stupid that a vehicle that can't even go 10 mph is street legal. Utvs are allowed as well, that makes more sense as they can travel at the 30 mph speed limit within city limits without trouble. Atvs are not allowed though, no matter what.

 

I am looking for more info on making my quad road legal. It's worth it Wisconsin since there aren't very many trails. Any kits, sites, links, etc... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
