Snowmobiling is really in now...with the usual fogged visor/goggles. The helmet is a snowmo special with double layer of plastic (so it doesn't fog)...but after 2-3 hours, I have the pirate sight, one side fully fogged, the other clear. Pretty annoying.
I want to use my MX helemet, but obviously, the goggles fog very fast. I saw that some makes sell turbo flow (or a name like that) goggles, with an integrated vent that pushes the air out (and in).
Does any one uses this? Does it really work like it should (no fog).
Thanks.

If goggles are that much of a pain it the butt why don't you do as I and get a pair of oakley styled clear lense safety glasses. They never fog up and protect your eyes as good as goggles.

There like the one's the freestyle motocross riders wear.

I have the Scott 89 TurboFlows. They have worked great for me.

The Scott turbo flow does work as advertised as long as you are moving. I like them but usually ride in sunglasses. They make about half dozen color lenses for the turbo flow. You can have your choice for every lighting condition.

I have used the Scott Turbo Flow's for the past 2 years. They do work as they are supposed to, if you stop they will sometimes fog on you, but they are quick to clear up after you get moving. I havent been able to try all the lense colors but the blue ones (electric blue?) are excellent, they provide a bit of shade in the sun, and a bit of sun in the shade! Another thing to note... Turbo Flow goggles are actually a sledding goggle!

When you stop they fog? My standard goggles do exactly the same! As long as I am riding, they're OK, but as soon as I stop, fog is here. The problem about cleaning the fog is that it freezes as soon as you see it. It's not only fog, it's ice (thus a pain to take off). I would like to ride with the Oakley styly sunglasses...but I'm afraid wind (80mph wind) and cold (-10C) will quickly show me the way...full protection!
BIG problem...especially because I do mainly powder (low speed and snow in the face...)
I'll try to figure a way to keep seeing

Gotta look good for the ladies.

I chucked my goggles last year for a pair of Oakleys.

They usually only fog when I stop after hitting a puddle (sorry should have been more specific) I dont think that you would have a problem with that! Steaming up would be a better description i guess.. It all looks the same to me though
