ATV Security
All good advice, thank you. I have our place heavily surrounded by barbed wire and nasty spiny bushes, but thieves got the quad out once. I don't have many options, no garage or anything. Blocking it in is a possibility and worth further consideration.
No matter what physical barriers I can put up, I definitely want to make sure the engine will not start. Some smart guy will come up with something (not me) and I will sleep better for it.
Again thanks to this forum, much info and talent here. FF

Once I thought my ATV was blocked in but they cut down a 6' chainlink fence and went through my neighbors yard on the next street.

Check to be sure of the theft coverage before you buy the policy , i bought full coverage when i purchased my 2006 AC 400 FIS Auto 4x4 here in Ga. for $105 a year ; but coverage only covered theft if it was kept in a garage or shed that has a strong lock might not be the same in your state but i would make sure it's covered if left outside chained to something !.......
