Default ATVs with an electronic differential

I am working on a building a buggy and I am looking for an electronic differential. I want something that I can can be locked and unlocked electronically. I know some of the polaris sportmans (I think the ones with turf mode) came with them. What years are they available for the sportsmans? Also what other ATVs came with a electronic differential?

Polaris put the electronic rear differential on the 2004-2005 Polaris ATPs, the 2006 to present Sportsman X2s and I believe any of the Sportsman Touring models. Don't remember when they were introduced. The diff. is made by Spicer if my memory serves me.

I think any 4x4 500cc or larger (or even smaller) made after 2005 (or maybe earlier) has them- like the grizzly or kingquad.

not gonna be cheap tho-

are you looking for "locking" diffs or just 4x4 limmited slip diffs?
I know you said electronic locking diff's but you also have auto locking diffs like the can-am's visco.

What I am looking for is a differential that has the option of locked and open(or limited slip). If there was also a neutral setting in there that would be awesome too, but not required. Basically what it would be for is in the tight sections of the trail it could be unlocked to allow the full differential motion in the rear end. Then when in the mud and the straight aways it could be locked for greater traction.
