I bought it from him yesterday. I'd like to register it in Nj so I can ride at some privately owned track in Nj and Pa. He does not possess a bill of sale from whom he bought it from or title. I ran the VIN and the bike is not stolen. Can he write up a bill of sale and we can get it notarized. I don't know if that is sufficient enough for Nj DMV. Anybody have any information on how we can do this? Thanks!
