Snorkle or not?lift kit or not ?
I recently bought a 2009 Honda Foreman 500 manual shift for use while deer hunting on farm.
The reason I asked this question is there is a low water crossing that goes across the creek and there are times of high water that the depth of water reaches 43- 44 inches in depth at its deepest.
The crossing is only about 35 feet across and is obviously lowest or deepest in the middle. meaning that only about 15 feet of the water is a depth of 3.5 feet or so.
If I am going to hunt the other side of the creek I have to cross this twice, once going over and once back across.Concrete bottom.
Do I need a snorkle to do this? What about a lift kit? 2 or 4 inch lift?Any other procedures recomended ?I dont want to spend a lot of money BUT
I do not want to damage my Foreman either !
Sometimes there is only a few inches of water depth and sometimes dry but when it gets up it is a doosey!
Thanks
Craig
