New Polyethylene Skid Plates Hit The Market

Big news in the world of skid plates; a new company is introducing plates not made of metal but rather of 3/8” thick durable Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW) material:

Plastic Skid plates have been around for awhile in on stock ATVs like the 660 Grizzly and others.
The light weight on a Sport ATV may be nice but on our boulder filled trails I want them made out of checker plate.
