Could be several things... I heard once they have a known problem with an electrical connection somewhere that is simple to fix, but my memory is about as bad as my sorry old butt, so I can't remember the whole story. Something like a ground on the kill swithc or something... I can't remember.
You might have a clogged air filter... or a clogged fuel filter at the tank switch, or you might need a carb adjustment.
I'd call the dealer on the electrical deal, but you can check the filters yourself. If you are like me, you have never pulled the filter on the warrior... until it starts dying out in 4th and 5th gear (Sound familiar).
Bad or old gas can do weird things in the tank, and clog up all sorts of passages in the carb... You might try running some carb cleaner through it too.
