Are the cylinders off of an RZ350 bike better than regular banshee cylinders. If so, why, and what do you have to do to make the swap work.

They will bolt. You will have to use an RZ head though because of the size of the water jackets on the RZ cylinders. The RZ has something like 3mm rise on the porting vs the banshee. The RZ is powervavled using electic servos. You would have to come up with some way of removing and welding the powervalves or find a way to open them. Basically, you would be better off with a good portjob on your stock cylinders if you are just going to weld the valves.

the powervalve cylinders have alot better power from bottom through top end. You should be able to get the powervalves to work if you use all the electronics of the rz350 i have been thinking about doing this to my banshee to. What the powervalves do is they change the porting as the rpms increase so you start out with good low end and once the powervalves open you have awsome top end power.
