I race a Suzuki Z-400 with White Brothers hop-ups and I just got a Suzuki Z-250 to ride around the trails with. I love it but I dont like the auto-clutch at all. I have read about people that have changed their quads transmition from auto-clutch to manual clutch, and I know that it is not an easy task. If anybody has a website or something of the sort that would help me with the process, it would be very helpful. Thank you!

 

I'd do that to my 250ex if i could find something. I might just sell my 250ex and buy a blaster, my brother gots one and it hauls.

 

Some company in Iowa is working on a hydralic clutch for the Z250. hajimoto684 said that he was getting it put on his in one of the Suzuki threads. I think the thread was "If you could do anything to mod. your new Z250 what would it be" Its on the 4th page.
