I have a 89 lt500r Quadracer, I have a dg type 2 silencer on it. I`ve also had a fmf, they are to loud for my neighbors. Has anyone tryed LRD`s quiet silencer or Paul Turners quiet fat boy? Is there any others? Tell me what you have and how it worked. I dont have the stock silencer, but that would probly be to quiet for me. Thank you

I called LRD today they dont offer a quiet silencer for the lt500. Has anyone tried the FMF Turbine core 2? The ads say it is quiet. The FMF silencer I had was the power core. I`m not looking for stock sound, just something inbetween stock and a regular racing silencer.

Jason, I won't be able to help you, but actually wanted to THANK YOU!! I am currently trying to go STEALTHY with my XC 310R, and I'm having a hard time also. I E-mailed CT Racing requesting them to consider developing a QUIET system and they said that they ARE working on it currently. With all the land closures I feel that we should ALL be as QUIET as possible. THANKS FOR BEING CONSIDERATE toward non-riders.
