I have a bad CDI box but I found a CDI box from a Tecate-4 quad..The CDI box I have is #1074..Will someone look at there box to see if there is a #1074 on it? Thanks..also Will a reed cage from a Tecate-4 fit on an 84-85 Tecate-3?

 

I'll have to look at my box and I'll get back with you. The dealer might be able to help you on that issue.

Regarding the reed cage. I'm fairly sure the engine is exact between 3 & 4 wheelers between 85-88. Only one way to find out.....try it!
