Can existing plastics be modified or treated in anyway to reproduce the effects similar to these new Kawasaki designs. Or does someone make or sell designs for other quads?

You wouldn't want to recreate those plastics anyway. Kawasaki used a chemical to make the specialized paint hold to the plastic which accidentally made the plastic extremely brittle. Even Kawasaki's own race team acknowledged the problem after all four quads (three with graphite and one with lava) lost their plastics during a gncc race. None of them wrecked. The hard hits and vibrations from the course was enough to snap every fender clean off. The race team will now be sticking to orange and green plastics.
