I bought mine directly from Moto Tassinari for $149.00, but I saw an ad in one of the magazines for a place called "World Class" for $129.00.
I don't have the number handy, but their ad is usually 2 pages in black & white.

 

I just ordered another V-Force cage for another machine. I see that http://www.summitcycles.com/ has a price of $129 including the one for all Polaris.
