anyone have any pics of what your plug looks like if its too lean, too rich or just right?

i looked at my plug today and thought it looked kinda white, but my bud said that was tan/grey and looked perfect....so i was hoping to learn what part of the plug everyone looks at....and a picture is worth a 1000 words.

I like the plug color on plug number 10 on the first link. That is where I like to keep mine so I know it's not running lean.

I always like to keep my plug with color, and I never run it if the plug looks like 17-24. I always like to keep some kind of tan/rust color on my spark plug.
