i posted this in the polaris forum but thought i would try hear. im putting my pred on alcohol next weekend and need some advise on what size of jet i should drill my pilot and mn. jet to. and what size of drill bit do i need? thanks!

 

i converted my 250r to alky last weekend and i had to go double my jet size i went to a 240 keihen

 

what about the pilot?

 

i did not change it but i am sure would run alot better with a bigger pilot motors are hard to get tuned with alky but if you know about jetting u should be able to do it

Its almost impossibl to get the factor CV carb on the Pred converted to alky. But if you can get a 45mm Mukuni(HSR flatside) carb, i can tell you exactly how to jet it.
