we ported my gas 370 and K&T did the polished 370 in my gallery picture. The new motor we ported as well.

well curtis sparks has done evey thing too it and when its cold i will pull start it but once i get it started and warmed up it starts right up.

kodster I start mine the same way, lol. what carb are you using, and what is your comp in psi, I you dont mind me asking. Hey beech that cool your dad is into it too. my brother and I just finished his turbo rotery car with 18 inches of travel all around. He would still ride but we wont let him. he's 62 and will only ride his cr500- 2 wheeler. I have a mild r for him but like me not enough power.lol

Looking for some accurate advice with any piccies to support. Ive just a got my hands on 1989CR 250 frame thats begging for a Cr500 engine. Will any year fit??? What frame mods need to be made???? is this mission impossible??

 

The top end mounts will be different. but the lower mounts should line up, the cr500 and cr250 has the same bottom end and clutch- trannie.
