Ok a few months ago i wrecked my Warrior and had bent the frame.Up front on the bottom. My uncle said he could fix it no problem. He builds race car engines and has worked on 4wheeler's all his life.Well i got it back and it seemed to be alright.Well then the other day i noticed it was pulling to the right pretty bad.I looked and seen where he adjusted the tie-rod on the one side.I assume this was to make up for the alignment to begin with.I dont know if it needs adusted more or what. What do you think? Thanx.

The tie rods adjust the toe-in or toe-out of the alignment, but CANNOT make the bike pull left or right. You probably have a bent A-arm or the mount for the A-arm is bent. Measure the distance from the center of the end of the rear axle to a spot on the front A-arms(upper & lower) that doesn't turn with the steering. You'll need to remove all the wheels. The distance from axle to upper A-arm should be the same for left and right side. The distances for the lower A-arms should be the same also. If not, then you can examine the frame or A-arms more closely to see how to correct the problem. Good Luck!

Have you checked your tire pressures on both sides?

If your frame was bent where the down tubes meet the frame, below the head pipe, that is a common weakness in Warrior frames & if you took the hit on the left side, would cause the steering to pull right. I know cuz that's where I was hit head on in January & had to replace the frame which was about $750 plus installation. You may still have an alignment problem with the frame. I would have serious reservations about further attempts at straightening it in that case

You will need a new frame.

I slid the front right side into a dirt mound which the bend was causin' it to pull that direction. He fixed it for me but it still pulls to the right a lil bit.I can see where he adjusted the right tie rod to make up for it somewhat.I am plannin' on maybe gettin a new frame next summer. Is East coast atv a good place?
And the tie-rod adjustment also plays a factor. It even says in the Clymer manual if they are not both adjusted the same length it will pull to one side.Maybe i should adjust it out more?

Talk to any alignment person - Adjusting the tie rods CANNOT make it pull left or right, unless of course, you insist on holding the handlebars perfectly straight with the toe misadjusted!!!
