DG Excellerator tuning disks

Default DG Excellerator tuning disks

What happens when you take off disks? What happens when you add disks? What would happen if I ran the quad with no disks?

hey i was wondering how you like your DG excellerator, i just ordered one and was wondering how much of a power gain you got. to your question, cant help cause i dont have one yet.

I didn't get a chance to put the pipe on yet cuz my quad is at the local shop which doesn't open back up until tomorrow. ( it was there since a couple days b4 Christmas[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]) Sorry.

More discs= top end, less disc's = low end, you can pretty much tune your powerband.

OH MAN! i just got my 230 back from the shop![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] The dude re jetted the carb and put the exhaust on for me. It sounds AWSOME and its not too loud either, wich is a big plus. IT has alot more power than w/o the new pipe. The front end wants to come off the ground everytime i shift up. Gonna go ride some more
