i need a couple of website where i can build my own 250r from the ground up I need chaisis, motor,exhaust,a-arms,swingarm,electrical,plastic,seat,rims and tires,cooling systems,chain and more


What i am trying to say is I have nothing and i want to buy all my part new where i know it will last a while need help and fast.....

there really isnt an end all say all one stop 250r shop.

 

i really hope you have a lot of money for that project of yours.

 

A good aftermarket R will run you about 15-25k depending on options.

 

there is a company i think in Indiana called service Honda, which sells a 400ex frame with 250r motor, the whole kitten kabootle for about 9000$ weighs less than 340lbs not to bad, i dont know of the website right offhand though.

 

Maddog is right with that price range. I built mine up from an already existing R and I could have bought a used YFZ or 450R for less. But don't get me wrong...it was worth it!

 

I have a 1988 250r with more then $20,000 in it. Its easy to do.

 

oem chassis are D/C'ed

 

pretty hard to have 20k "easy" into a honda
