looking for a 350cc yamaha engine, or parts bike

I am looking for either a complet 350cc, needing to rebuilt or not, dont care, just want one, or a parts bike wioth one on it.

i would prefer a 4 stroke, but, a two stroke would probly do

not me personally, but i know a buddy who had a totally demolished banshee, but the engine is mint, not to sure if he wants to sell it, i think he mentioned putiing it into a 250r frame
