Scambler motor in preditor frame?
#11
Thanks for the input. I guess I'll keep looking into it for me. Maybe building a custom frame will be the way to go. I know HPD has made a frame similar to the 250R frame and it works just great. I also know a couple of guys on here who have taken the front end of a 250R and the rear end of the scrambler frames and welded them together. Maybe I will look into that option as well. I just love the cvt tranny and think it would be great for racing.

i agree . i have seen the mod of the 250 front end on a scrammy . it does work out well. that would be the easiest, i would think.i cann't remember these guys names but they are on here. I think one is torquer and the other is kuffman or something i'll try to find out

well i don't know about 150mph but i'm sure you could reach 100 on a mod like that. although you could use a snowmobile motor in place of a scrammy one, then it would do 150mph

im not talking top speed im talking about how fast it will reach its top speed mine was a hpd race motor and i never had it past 87 and i thought that was good, but it got there alot faster than my built banshee and my freinds built 620 predator.
