I am very intrested in making my 400EX street legal in NC. My dad used to ride three wheelers and he told me he got his street legal when he used to ride in the late 80's and early 90's, he told me that all he had to have then was headlight, tail light, brake light, a mirrow, and DOT approved tires he said he got insurance on it for i belive a dual purpose. Does any one know how to make a Quad street legal now in NORTH CAROLINA?
