i currently run golden spectro at 32:1 in my 2000 banshee, but i see a lot of companies recommending yamalube r. i've got light brown plugs and haven't had any problems, just wondering what you guys think/run in yours.

 

I run Maxium Castor 97 in my 250r. I have friends who run yamalube, klotz, motul, maxium super m, honda, penziol, you name it someone runs it.

They are all good, I dont know that one is necessarily better. The reason I run the Castor is cause it has that cool Klotz smell, but since no one around here stocks Klotz, thats the next best thing.

 

I run klotz Benol in the summer and klotz r-50 in the winter at 32:1. They all run the same and smell great!

 

I run a I fully Synthetic Honda premix at 40:1 in my Banshee.

It all works just stay with the name brands and don't go any leaner than 40:1

 

I run Golden Spectro (full synthetic) at 50:1 like it notes on the label. I haven't had any problems.

I use Power-Plus Castor/Synthetic blend in my Banshee and in my son's Blaster Oil Injector bottle.

I like the way it smells when it burns, the lack of deposits it leaves behind and the cost. I only wish they would go back to the clear bottle with "ounce" markings on the side. This made it very easy to get the right gas/oil mixture.

I run 40 to 1 with no problems!

 

i like yamalube-i switched to motul 600 and my engine blew. doesn't mean the motul did it but i switched back to 2r after the rebuild

 

What do you think about Power Plus Castor/Synthetic Blend?
