Default UNI or K&N Filter?

Never seen sand that was a fine dust. It's actually a fairly large particle where I ride. K&N works great. Wouldn't give a squirt for outerwears either.

For wet or extremely dusty conditions, I would consider a Uni. My $.02.

I ordered a K&N, for trail riding, for performance. I will put the stock filter back in on dusty rides. You just have to get a freezer bag, have the stock filter oiled and put in the bag, and put it in the pack on your quad incase you start riding gravels in the rear of the group

Amen to that V2...carry about 2 filters if your riding in drought land and bring some filter cleaner and oil because your buddys will need it when they get clogged up

K&N is usually a better choice but UNI is a bit cheaper and works just fine.

It's a 250ex, just get the foam and keep it clean.
