No drop needed on lower frame rails, spread top rails apart some for more clearance, cut out and add new motor mounts, tank has been lifted some with spacers, all and all it goes in pretty good, alot easier than my other Warrior conversion we did, pics on my page have now been updated , as far as vibration, there is no issue, the motor has a counter-balancer just like the 400 or the rest, it's not a cr500 2-stroke-like issue.

hey xr650warrior did you use koyo bearings in your motor? i know its been awhile since post but im putting toghether an xr650l 400ex thats bored to a 700 im planning a t-28 turbo set up...but i got replacement bearings from koyo and they are 2mm wider than stock ones, so that throws the crankcase off 4mm total.... any help i would greatly appreciate and i lvoe your quad
