Default Making a 250EX more powerful?

What can I do to my 250EX to make it more powerful and faster? I hear people talking about boring their carb over some amount, but I wouldn't know where I could get this done. What other things could I do to it?

Also, the front fender is cracked and I'd like to replace that, does anyone know where I can get one? I might end up selling it because some guy has a 2005 660 Raptor for $3300 by me, but nobody is going to buy a quad with a cracked fender.

Yeah 250 to 660 lol At the time I got it I had just turned 14, but now I'm turning 17 and the 250 doesn't really cut it for me. But do you know where to get a replacement fender? I'm trying to sell mine for around $2500 if possible and then fork out some for the Raptor.
