I had my frame, 4 a-arms, swingarm, and axle carrier done for $130. I sand blasted it myself though. That saved about $70-100 bucks, and only cost me $25 in sand to get it done.

My fathers business has all their powder coating done by a small company in Indiana and they get it done very reasonably. Colors I've seen are black, white , brown, gold, silver, green and they also have the same colors in a marbelized finish that looks awesome. I've thought about asking him to put some of my Scrambler parts in with his work when he sends it to the powdercoater.

Why not get the kit form eastwood for about $600 and do your own stuff. You spray on the paint and cure it with a UV light goto their webpage and get a catalog. not sure of the address

www.eastwoodcompany.com
They also have a kit for about $200. You can bake the coating on in an oven.

Contact SRE Industries. I am not sure what Scott charges but I bet it'd be less than $200. He can do just about any color you want. They even have chrome powdercoating but I'm not sure how it looks. I just saw a frame done with Mirror black it looked sweet. That stuff was so glossy it actually looked like a black mirror. Give them a call at (814)498-2850. Make sure to tell them that Garrett Sent you. By the way if you send your stuff to SRE he will inspect everything for cracks and fix any that are there.
