Need help with Turbocharger
#1
Hello All. I recently bought a 2001 Raptor with a Mr. Turbo kit on it. The bike is immaculate and meticously maintained but I don't think it's putting out the power it should. The previous owner has it dialed down to about 12lbs boost. It's not enough. With such a big upgrade the bike should be ripping your arms off. Any ideas? I am going to try increasing the boost and fuel pressure and start running 102-106 octane fuel. I have a Banshee that has all the typical mods and it's keeping up with the turbocharged raptor?
Any input is appreciated.

What's your boost gauge say?
At 12psi your almost doubling your cc's. Your 660 now thinks it's almost a 1300 cc quad!!!
What is the static compression ratio of the piston.
Have you done a compression check?
You need to do all of these things before I can even give you a guess.
