These might sound stupid but check them out...gas in the tank? Is it the gas on? Kill switch on? If you have a key is it turned on? Check for spark.

P.S. Make sure gas is getting into the cylinder. Plug should be a little wet.

I would check the reeds and see if you installed them correctly. Do they seal off or do they have a air gap? Try putting the old reeds back in and see if it will start. Let us know what you find out ! later

Howdy...first pull the plug and hold it on the side of the cylinder and see if you have spark...no spark try another plug...still one spark check all your electrical connections for dirt or corrosion...if you have spark then check to make sure your getting fuel...pull the fuel line off the the carb and make sure your getting fuel to that point...pull the plug wire off the plug, full choke and turn it over for a few minutes ...then pull the plug and see if it's wet...it should be if not remove the float bowl from the carb and check to see if the float needle is stuck...while your this far clean the carb and blow all the passages out with air...hope that helps you out...

okay, heres the llatest, i stripped it, put it back together and kicksatarted it for about 10 minutes and it finally started working, but heres the thing, when i get to low rpm's, its jsut bogges out, and it normally wouldn't, it does this like all the time i have to keep it at almost full throttle to keep it going, and it takes a while to get it back running again after that, another thing is, the throttle is liek stuck, if i have the clutch in, the rpm's start going and i can't sit in one place, i don't know, its jacked up, can anyone help me out

well buy a bigger main jet.You have to rejet after all that stuff so the reason it won't start is because its REALLY lean.
