Default Street bike + Golf cart = Good or Bad?

I'm looking into starting a sweet new project and want to know what you all think of a street bike engine being placed into a golf cart?? Like a 750 or 1300 Hayabusa!

Or a golf cart engine being placed into a street bike? No just kidding about this one....

Anyhow, how hard is the task. What is needed other than time, sweat and effort? And are there any special sites that deal with this stuff.

I started a few months ago on this cart but havent had time to finish up the shift linkage and chain. trying to make the swing arm in the same spot as the forward sproket has been difficult to keep the same chain tension throughout the travel. but if your making a street cart it wouldnt be too bad

That's pretty sweet. I have seen some cool cart projects and it seems most use snowmobile motors.....definitely need good brakes! LOL!
