450er jet & throttle
#1
I have a 06 Honda 450ER with an FMF factory 4 pipe. At full throttle and/or just nailing it to the bars, it falls on its face. It's jetted at 132 and the top back of the air box has been cut out. I'm wondering if anyone has any idea what needs to be done for the required jet size and where the fuel mixture screw should be adjusted. I would also like to know what the needle position should be. It is an FMF needle. I also have the header pipe, with power bomb but, it runs better with the stock header pipe. I appreciate anyone's help. Thanks.
