ok so i am poor.. now that ive got that cleared up..
i was wondering a few thing.. first my carb issue..
well i bought a k&n filter.. and when i installed it the quad was running really hot.. so i rejetted and now it tops out really fast.... like REALLY FAST.. shifting would be like...
(excuse my bad diogram)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stock jets and foam filter: 1st...2nd....3rd.....4th.......5th........6th..... ......
Dynojet kit and k&n filter: 1st.2nd.3rd..4th...5th.....6.......
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
i followed the directions on the dynojet kit.. sais to use a 136 (i think i did this like a month ago n i cant find the manual) on notch 3 and 3.5 turns out.. for a high flow baffle.. (i have stock exhaust with no baffle.. is that the same?)
i started at 3 turns out and went to 3.75 turns out.. and not much of a diff..
and im thinking about getting a hot cam for my next upgrade.. (if i dont have enough for exhaust after x-mas..) would this be a good idea?
if i do have enough for some exhaust (in the 250-300$ range) what would be the best bang (bad pun i know ..) for my buck?

id get the exhaust befor the hot cam. the cam upgrade will change the engine rpms usually, or duration of valves. you will need an aftermarket exhaust to keep up with any engine mods like a cam. IMO HMF pipes are under-rated, and you shoulb be able to pick one up for under $300.
if you dont like what your jetting is doing to your gear, just dial down the main jet size, and change clip posission. but you still should still have plenty of winde and use of full throttle in all gears. if your saying the rejetting is forceing you to shift up instead of using your full throttel then thats a problem

A cam would not be a great investment,if you don't have an exhaust system on it yet.
You can get a DG for $250,and that will greatly improve your performance. Any brand of exhaust (though I have had issues with big gun) will help you out, see if ebay or craigs list has something for you.
