Question Finger throttle aka jetski throttle

Has anybody ever done the finger throttle on a atv?

I get a lot of thumb fatigue on the 400ex after about an hour and a half of hard riding. A friend suggested to use the throttle of a jet ski (similar to a brake lever). I rarely use the front brake, mostly rear, weight 165 and rear is more than enough.

Let me rephrase, finger throttle...

Never have seen or even heard this idea before. I think it's an excellent idea, especially for utility owners of Polaris and Can-Am machines that have the single brake lever on the left. Wonder how hard it would be to change out???

Interesting...
I think they use them on snow mobiles also.
They make longer thumb levers.

You could try a thumb throttle extension and see it that helps.
