i decided to not put the cam until later. Know i will only change some things like the clutch disks and other things. I will put the high compression piston kit 10.25:1. What improvements will i see in the middle range specially. I have an exaust kit. Would I need special fuel or can i get it in the gasoline stations.

At 10.25:1 compression, you'll be fine with premium pump fuel.

As far as performance increase from these mods; What bike are you installing this stuff on, what size is the piston, and what type of pipe do you have?

I have a 1999 warior with an alba action pipe kit. It includes an exaust, looks like a DG, a kn filter, outerware, torque stuffer, jet kit and i made holes in the airbox. I am planning to put the wiseco high compression piston and then put a larger front sprocket. What kind of improvements will i gain from this. IS the wiseco a good piston for an STD size?

The 10.25:1 compression piston by itself won't be that much of a boost. If you went larger with it, say .080" over stock, then you'd see about a 15% increase. The Wiseco isn't my first choice for a large engine like the Warrior. Like I said, some people have good luck with them, but they're not my favorite.

A different muffler helps the Warrior out a little bit. The stock headpipe is nice and big, so there's no reason to replace it (even for really big engines). The torque snuffer can help to give you better throttle response right off idle.

The holes in the airbox are probably going to give you the biggest boost.

With these changes, you'll probably see about a 10% gain over stock horsepower. It'll feel quicker though, becuase of the increased airflow and better throttle response.

If there's a different headpipe with the kit, you might seriously think about using your stock header instead. At least try it.

Why is the Wiseco not your first choice for the warrior. What are your other choices and were can i get a high compression piston KIT for it. If i decide to put the wiseco what bad things may i encounter with it becuase i have heard that they are good. Can i later put the cam after the piston. Thanks
