is aviation gas ok

A few answers as best I can answer them...
My motor is at the builder now so all I have is his recomendations. A friend has the same motor and is running it but I actually havent ran it yet.
I(my friend too) have 17cc domes in the coolhead, and the builder said to go up to +10 on the timing with avgas, +7 with race. Ive been warned the higher the timing the faster the bike revs, but it also flattens out on top more. The trick setup is programmable ignition so you can back off the advance on topend higher timing also may make the powerband narrow, so its up to your riding style, in the dunes and drag racing the higher timing is fine, if you ride in the woods you can probably get power and faster revs by going higher but do you want to if it makes the power 'twitchy'?
Oh, and 50 thousandths is .050
