my stock warrior comes with a 40 tooth sprocket on the rear. i do alot of tight woods riding. im thinking about going to a 41 to get a little extra low end out of it. i dont think i would need to change the chain. has anyone done the install of a jet kit for the warrior? did you have any trouble? any recomendations would be nice. most of my riding is in 1st-3rd gears, and i dont think it would really hurt the top end too much...

I do alot of tight trails too but didn't change the gearing. I don't want to sacrifice any top speed either. I just recently put the K&N jet kit in. It was easy. No problems. Just follow the directions. Do the jet kit before changing the gearing. You might not have to touch the gearing and you can still keep the top speed. Actually increase the top speed. If you want low end torque go with an aftermarket silencer also.

I doubt you would notice a difference between a 40 and 41 tooth. Drop 1 tooth on the front if you want a difference.
