MX requires wider, more stable a-arms and axle. shocks are nice too. T5 toomies for performance and for wheels and tires-12in.billet magnums by itp look killer but for performance i would get some 8or9in beadlocks in the rear and some 10's up front with rieken radials.

Have you ridden any other quad besides the Banshee?
If you are serious about MXing the Banshee, spend your initial mod money on Shocks, A-arms, Axle, tires. Then go into the motor.
It took about $2300 in chassis mods to get my Banshee to "feel" as competitive as my 400EX. But, I was getting my 400EX butt kicked by modded up Banshees at the track. To MX you are going to want wider. When you do that, YOU HAVE TO UPGRADE THE SHOCKS TOO. I have not raced my Banshee yet. There is snow on the ground and the season is over up here.
