What can I add on to a Sportsman 500 to make in quicker and more powerfull? Could I add on new carbs, spark plugs, a jet kit, etc.? Thanks

 

try the cam and carb and also the clucth weights from a scrambler 500. your sportsman will downright fly!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you will think you got a different quad.then try a supertrapp exhaust.the other pipes are a lot louder and with the supertrapp you can adjust it to your liking and still have a little more power.the only difference between the 500 scrambler engine and the sportmans are the above mentioned items

 

but will the low gear still have as much power for work and towing?? how much will all this cost?
