Thumb throttle for '85 Kawasaki Tecate?

I am looking for a way to put a thumb throttle on an'85 Tecate three wheeler, it comes stock with a twist and has a Mikuni 34mm carb. Someone told me a blaster thumb throttle might work? Thanks!

A guy I know that has a '85 Tecate3, Mojave, and a 1987 Tecate 4, put a Mojave thumb throtle on his and it works just fine.
